Reserved seats are about 30 feet further back from the stage than last year. However, we have an awesome walkway that gets the performers just 20 feet from the front of the reserved section, which is more up close and personal than ever before!

Laketown Ranch is less than a twenty minute drive from the Cow Ex Grounds.

Please call our ticketing team at 1-855-486-4776 and they will get you all set up with a campsite.

Sorry to hear you are going to miss out on an epic weekend of amazing music. As stated on our website and at the time of purchase, we do not offer refunds.

Sunfest is a family friendly event and we provide FREE admission to the General Admission area for kids 12 and under with a paying adult.  All you have to do is add the $0 item to your cart.

In the Reserved Seating, Stage Pit and Party Zone areas they will require their own ticket.

Yes. Our Field Hospital is open 24/7 and provides medical services and harm reduction.

Head straight on over to the information booth where our Lost & Found is located. We have great volunteers there who will do their best to reunite you with anything you’ve lost.

Please tell us about your business and your products by filling out a VENDOR APPLICATION. Previous vendors are given first consideration and we limit the number of booths selling the same items so our patrons can have a variety of options.

Over the last 15 years Sunfest has given back well over $750,000.00 to a variety of local charities, non-profit groups, sports teams and school groups. To learn more, please visit the Benevolence Fund section of our website HERE.

Reserved Seating and General Admission areas are where you can put your chair down. In the Reserved area you can keep it there all weekend. Please remove it from the General Admission area at the end of each night. Chairs with umbrellas/awnings/footrests (including “zero gravity” chairs) should be left at home.

A small personal sized cooler for food is permitted. No outside liquids of any kind are permitted onsite. Remember all bags, coolers, backpacks, lawn chairs and baby strollers (trust us, you’d be surprised!) are subject to a security search. Please feel free to bring a refillable drink container (no glass or metal) to use at our water filling station.

You can use your credit and debit cards at the ATM’s located throughout the site. Unfortunately vendors won’t be set up to take credit and debit cards.

We have expanded our parking be closer to your camping area and include DAY PARKING. We also have Carpool incentives! Stay tuned for more info.

The ticket gate opens at noon each day. The busiest times have historically been noon – three pm on Thursday and between 4pm-8pm Friday Saturday and Sunday. Our staff and volunteers will do their best to get you in as quickly as possible.

Ticket FAQs

Single day general admission tickets are available online.  You can also purchase them at the Duncan Canadian Tire store.  Please note single day ticket holders will not be allowed to enter the campgrounds at any time. Be sure to to stay up-to-date with all our announcements and ticket news!.

Camping FAQs

A $25 Security & Environmental Fee will be attached to all campsites. This is to help pay for the additional security and clean-up staff needed for the campgrounds. Any customers that the Sunfest staff deem to have excess garbage on their site during the show are subject to a $200 cleanup fee and ejection from the event.

Yes, showers will be available on site.

Not only can glass be harmful, it also doesn’t breakdown easily. Laketown Ranch is located on a beautiful property, set amongst a forest and we want to keep it pristine and safe for everyone.

Sorry, no campfires allowed.

Unfortunately there are no power or water hookups, so please plan accordingly! You do get one heck of a view though!
